Directions
Once you fill out the School registration page, you’re
on your way to making money for your school with ClassBrain.
We’ve assembled a complete fundraising package to make
things as easy as possible for you. You should have the folowing
items:

- School Fundraising Registration Form
- Parent Sign-up Sheet
- Community Sponsor Sign-up Sheet
- PTA letter, letter to parents, letter to community sponsor
- ABOUT ClassBrain (a one-page info sheet)
- Community Sponsor Certificates
If your school decides to have your members sign-up online, your
school will receive $3.00 for every member that signs up.* (This
would not be tax deductible.)
IIf your school decides to handle things in-house as a fundraising
event, they will receive $5.00 for every member who signs up.
The membership amount would be tax-deductible since the checks
are made out to your PTA. Your school would keep $5.00 per membership
and send us the remainder. Along with payment ($29.00 per membership),
we will need a tab-delineated
list of the member information collected by your school on the
sign-up sheets.
This is how the information should look:
Last Name, First Name, age, student**, Parent’s Last name,
Parent’s first name, City, State, Zip, Parent approved email
Last Name, First Name, age, teacher, Parent’s Last name,
Parent’s first name, City, State, Zip, Parent approved email
** This would be either student, parent, teacher, or other

Memberships must be for a full year to qualify
for the fundraising program. Partial year memberships do not qualify.
If you recommend this program to another school,
and they sign up and mark you as the referring member school,
we will send you a bonus for the referral. The bonus is based
on the number of members that sign up at the new school ($0.50
per member).
Remember, members can be students,
teachers, parents, or other people who enjoy education and want
to support your school.
